Burning an existing VIDEO_TS folder

Overview

The following describes how DVDRemaster can be used to burn an existing VIDEO_TS folder, for example one that was previously recompressed using DVDRemaster or obtained from another application. We will cover the following topics:

Requirements

Before starting this tutorial, make sure you have the following items available:

  • Latest version of DVDRemaster
  • Mac OS X 10.4 or higher
  • QuickTime 7.2 or higher
  • DVD reader and writer
  • VIDEO_TS folder that you wish to burn

Easy 2-step burning

  1. Simply choose Burn DVD... from the File menu of DVDRemaster and select the VIDEO_TS folder that you wish to burn. By default, the DVD will be named DVD, so you may want to change the name.
  2. Insert a blank DVD when prompted and click on Burn.

And voilà! DVDRemaster will start burning your DVD.
