Generally, you will received your registration information by email within an hour following the transaction, but allow up to 48 hours. After this time period, if you still have not received your registration information, send us an email.

We do not ship hardcopies, everything is delivered electronically. You will receive an email containing your registration information and the software should be downloaded from our website.
Yes, on our online store select the Give as a gift option. It will allow you to purchase the selected product for someone else as a gift. The recipient receives a gift notification email containing an URL to follow in order to receive the license for the gift product. Only you will receive the order receipt email containing the pricing details.
Updates within a major version (e.g. 4.0 to 4.1) are always free. However, when we release a new major version (e.g. 4.5 to 5.0) there is a slight update cost.
Avangate, our online payment processor partner, is located in the European Union (EU). According to EU regulations, all customers located within the EU must be charged VAT (Value Added Tax).
